In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for homeowners exploring HVAC improvements, helping them navigate important decisions with confidence. Responsibilities
- Consult homeowners on HVAC solutions tailored to their comfort and efficiency goals.
- Assess customer needs and recommend heating and cooling system upgrades.
- Prepare accurate quotes and explain pricing, financing, and installation timelines.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections in a consultative sales environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Willingness to travel locally for in-home consultations.
- Ability to provide a personal vehicle for local in-home consultations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Experience closing consultative sales.
- In-home sales experience.
