(Subject to company policy and eligibility requirements)\nCompetitive Pay: based on experience\n 401(k) with 4% Company Match\nMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance\nPaid Time Off\nFlexible Spending Account\nEmployee Referral Program\nOpportunities to learn, grow, and build a career with a growing company\nA team-oriented environment where your contributions matter!\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a Quality Control Technician, you'll play an important role in making sure every product leaving our facility meets JTM's high standards for quality and food safety.\nYou'll work closely with our Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams to help keep our operations running safely and efficiently.\nYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:\nMonitor production processes to ensure products meet JTM's quality and food safety standards.\nPerform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment and production areas are ready for safe food production.\nVerify product codes, packaging, labels, and line changeovers for accuracy.\nInspect incoming packaging materials and review ingredient Certificates of Analysis (COAs), as needed.\nCollect, weigh, and document product samples, including shelf-life samples.\nConduct and verify scheduled equipment swabbing and sanitation checks.\nIdentify and immediately report food safety or quality concerns.\nPlace nonconforming products, ingredients, or packaging materials on hold according to company procedures.\nMaintain accurate and timely quality control records and documentation.\nPartner with Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation to identify problems and implement effective solutions.\nFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety procedures, and workplace safety requirements.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nTake ownership of your work and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned.\nPrevious quality control or food manufacturing experience is a plus!\nReady to Join the JTM Team?\nAt JTM Foods, we work hard, support one another, celebrate our successes, and take pride in making some of the best pies and snacks around!\nWe're looking for people who bring a positive attitude, believe in teamwork, and want to be part of something bigger.\nIf you're ready to bring your skills, energy, and commitment to quality to a company that values its people, APPLY TODAY!\nCome grow with us at JTM Foods!\nJTM Foods, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
