Their work validating SET Brain and maintaining onboarding resources will strengthen associate training, accelerate knowledge transfer, and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of AI-enabled tools. Additionally, their process analysis and improvement recommendations will support the organization's goals of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to enhance productivity.\nDistribution-Specific Responsibilities:\nMaintain and improve operational knowledge resources by updating SOPs, onboarding materials, and process documentation across Allocation, Disruption Monitoring, and Distribution Operations.\nValidate and enhance AI-enabled knowledge tools, including testing SET Brain responses for accuracy, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements to support associate onboarding and self-service learning.\nAnalyze operational processes and data to identify opportunities for streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and improving efficiency through analytics, automation, and AI.\nAdditional General Responsibilities:\nAssisting with daily operations and tasks specific to the role. \nContributing to ongoing projects and supporting team efforts. \nPerforming research or data analysis as needed. \nCompleting assignments and reporting on progress. \nQualifications:\nThis is a full-time position.\nThe ideal candidate will be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university, with a focus in: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, AI/Machine Learning, Business/Data Analytics, or Industrial Engineering/Process Improvement.\nCandidates in related fields will also be considered. Must have completed at least one semester of coursework. \n Preferred qualifications for this role: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy in documentation, testing, and process validation. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement and operational efficiency opportunities. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Copilot, etc.) for data analysis, reporting, documentation, and collaboration.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear process documentation, SOPs, job aids, and onboarding materials. \nInterest in AI, automation, and knowledge management, with the ability to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, consistency, and business relevance. specific skills or experiences. \n\nThis job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of JM Family.
