We pride ourselves on our innovative products, outstanding service, and unwavering commitment to supporting our partners in growing their businesses. Our culture revolves around surpassing conventional market options, positioning us as the preferred lender for our clients. Our team boasts impressive credentials and participates in ongoing education to blend knowledge with experience seamlessly. Built on a foundation of the highest ethical standards, our company excels in delivering competitive product pricing for wholesale and correspondent lending to our valued clients.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a driven National Account Executive to grow a broker territory by reactivating a book of dormant accounts and layering in your own existing broker relationships. This role is built around a clear 6-month ramp: reactivate, re-engage, and build monthly funded volume to $5 million by month six, with the CRM and daily call discipline to support consistent, repeatable growth. You'll be equipped to sell the full suite of products we offer, with a primary focus on growing Non-QM production to represent 50% of the company's total monthly volume.

This is a Full-Time/Remote/Exempt opportunity offering competitive commission structures, with the unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and reactivate a pipeline of deactivated/dormant broker accounts assigned by management, converting them back into active, funding partners.
  • Meet daily outbound call and contact activity requirements to maintain consistent pipeline coverage and broker engagement.
  • Log every call, contact, and account update in the CRM daily to keep pipeline data accurate and enable effective follow-up.
  • Bring and cultivate your own broker relationships, expanding the territory beyond the assigned reactivation list.
  • Ramp monthly funded volume on a defined growth curve, reaching $5 million in fundings per month by month 6.
  • Sell the full range of products offered by the company, with a primary focus on growing Non-QM production to reach 50% of total company monthly volume.
  • Learn, teach, and clearly explain underwriting guidelines and loan program requirements to brokers and their processing staff.
  • Guide brokers through file submission, status tracking, and issue resolution using the TPO portal.
  • Partner closely with underwriting, processing, and operations teams to move broker files through the pipeline efficiently.
  • Review call activity, CRM data, and volume progress against ramp targets in regular check-ins with management.
  • Stay current on guideline changes, pricing, and competitive positioning to effectively sell programs to brokers.

Ramp Expectations:

This role includes a structured 6-month production ramp. Account Executives are expected to progressively increase monthly funded volume from account reactivation and self-sourced business, reaching $5 million in monthly fundings by month 6, supported by consistent daily call activity and CRM discipline. While Account Executives sell across the company's full product suite, the core objective of this role is to drive Non-QM production to 50% of total company monthly volume.

Requirements

  • Prior wholesale mortgage account executive experience, with an existing book of broker relationships preferred.
  • Strong phone-based sales skills and comfort with high-volume, disciplined daily outbound calling.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and TPO portal file submission workflows.
  • Solid understanding of mortgage underwriting guidelines across the full product suite (agency, Non-QM, and government), with strong Non-QM knowledge and the ability to teach it to others.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding funded volume goals in a wholesale or broker-facing role.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable being measured against activity metrics and monthly funding targets.

Benefits

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation & Holidays)
  • Retirement Plan (401k)
  • Short Term & Long Term Disability
  • Family Leave
  • Wellness Resources
