We want our team to go on a fast-paced, high-growth journey with us - when our people want to do something else, the skills, training, exposure, and values that JMAN has instilled in them should open doors all over the world.\n\nCurrent Benefits :\n\n- Competitive annual bonus\n\n- Market-leading private health insurance\n\n- Regular company socials\n\n- Annual company away days\n\n- Extensive training opportunities\n\nRequirements :\n\n- Provide post-production support and enhancement services in multiple areas of Workday HR and serve as the subject matter expert to assist fellow team members and clients.\n\n- Participate in advisory, planning and implementation of additional Workday Financial modules by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and implementing best-practice configuration.\n\n- Manage client relationships and resolves client support requests varying from operational support issue resolution, phase x implementations and enhancement projects, release planning, to strategic road mapping services.\n\n- Lead sessions with clients and team members to analyze and scope complex business requirements.\n\n- Should collaboratively work with Delivery team on day to day activities, incidents, root cause analysis and other work requests.\n\n- Prioritize and delegate requests and tasks by level of urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability.\n\n- Provide guidance to and collaborate with team members to research and resolve complex client requests.\n\n- Provide Workday best practices and ensure high quality deliverables.\n\n- Communicate effectively with clients by providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and recommendations.\n\n- Prioritize client's interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations.\n\n- Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants, and contribute as a leader to grow our practice.\n\n- Take initiative to perform or delegate other related duties as needs are discovered, including internal projects.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong understanding of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security) and deep expertise in one (or multiple!)
