Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to continue learning and growing as technology evolves.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nData Engineering & Integration\nDesign, build, and maintain Common Data Models (CDMs) that support clients across industries such as financial services, healthcare, legal, government, and hospitality.\nDevelop and manage data integrations connecting multiple applications, systems, and APIs.\nBuild reusable Databricks notebooks, jobs, and Python modules to streamline data processing and improve efficiency.\nUse Python and PySpark to transform raw data into structured, accurate, and reliable information.\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform.\nTroubleshoot complex data integration issues and optimize performance, reliability, and cost.\nImplement data quality, validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nAnalytics & Business Intelligence\nWork directly with clients to understand their business goals, reporting requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nDesign and develop dashboards, reports, and automated alerts that provide meaningful business insights.\nTransform complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations that help clients make informed decisions.\nDevelop reusable reporting templates, data dictionaries, and analytics standards.\nHelp clients understand and effectively use their dashboards and reporting tools.\nEnsure reporting solutions are accurate, secure, and aligned with client business objectives.\nSecurity, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement\nApply security best practices to protect client data and ensure appropriate access controls.\nFollow secure development practices, change management procedures, and established data governance standards.\nCollaborate with JMARK's AI Operations team, engineers, and client-facing teams to deliver effective solutions.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and overall solution quality.\nMaintain clear documentation and communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe understand that great candidates don't always have experience with every technology. We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and the desire to continue developing their skills.\nTechnical Experience & Skills\nExperience working with Databricks or similar cloud-based data engineering platforms.\nProficiency with Python and PySpark for data processing, transformation, and integration.\nExperience building integrations using APIs, including authentication and data retrieval.\nFamiliarity with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code technologies.\nExperience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools.\nUnderstanding of data modeling, data pipelines, and data quality best practices.\nExperience working with cloud environments, preferably AWS.\nKnowledge of data security, access controls, and governance practices.\nAbility to troubleshoot technical challenges and develop scalable, reliable solutions.\nExperience & Education\nTypically 3-4 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data integration, analytics, or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent technical competence.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; relevant technical certifications; or equivalent professional experience.\nExperience taking ownership of data integration projects, data models, or analytics solutions.\nExperience working directly with clients or business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.\nPrevious experience in a managed services environment is a plus.\nWhat Will Help You Succeed\nTechnical ability is important, but how you approach your work matters just as much.\nThe ideal candidate will:\nBe naturally curious.
