One day you may be working with leadership on a technology roadmap or evaluating a major infrastructure investment, and the next you may be troubleshooting an employee's workstation or coordinating a system upgrade.\nIf you enjoy making technology work better for people and businesses, this could be a great opportunity.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nTechnology Strategy & Business Leadership\nPartner with Polyvision leadership and JMARK to develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, security, and overall business performance through technology.\nEvaluate technology investments, prepare business cases, and recommend solutions based on business value, cost, scalability, and long-term sustainability.\nDevelop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and technology lifecycle replacement plans.\nCollaborate with vendors and business stakeholders to evaluate solutions, negotiate proposals, and coordinate approved technology investments.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation, technology adoption, and operational efficiencies.\nIT Operations & Technical Support\nProvide hands-on IT support to U.S.-based employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues.\nCoordinate and perform workstation deployments, replacements, configurations, and employee onboarding technology needs.\nPartner with JMARK to maintain reliable infrastructure, network connectivity, business applications, and technology platforms across global locations.\nLead and coordinate hardware and software migrations, upgrades, and lifecycle management initiatives.\nEnsure technology implementations align with established technical architecture, cybersecurity standards, and support processes.\nSupport cybersecurity initiatives, business continuity planning, incident response coordination, and disaster recovery preparedness.\nCoordinate technical issues, service requests, escalations, and projects with JMARK to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption.\nTeam Leadership & Global Collaboration\nLead, coach, and develop a small internal IT team, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and opportunities for professional growth.\nServe as Polyvision's primary point of contact with JMARK, ensuring strong communication, coordination, and service delivery.\nCollaborate with business leaders and employees across multiple locations and international time zones.\nManage technology projects from planning through implementation, coordinating resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.\nCommunicate technology priorities, project updates, budgets, performance metrics, and potential risks to company leadership.\nBuild strong relationships across departments to understand business challenges and deliver practical technology solutions.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in information technology and resource management, including experience coordinating IT operations, projects, or technical teams.\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.\nDemonstrated experience leading IT functions, managing technical resources, and coordinating vendors or external technology partners.\nExperience planning and executing hardware and software migrations, upgrades, or major technology implementations.\nStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, end-user computing, systems administration, and technology support.\nAbility and willingness to provide hands-on technical support when needed.\nExperience managing competing priorities, coordinating projects, and delivering results.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business recommendations.\nAbility to work onsite in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, and travel up to 10% as business needs require.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious IT leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment.\nExperience supporting or integrating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP.\nExperience working alongside a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or outsourced IT partner.\nExperience supporting technology operations across multiple facilities, geographic locations, or international teams.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity best practices, business continuity planning, and IT governance.\nExperience developing IT budgets, technology roadmaps, and long-term infrastructure investment plans.\nWhat Will Make You Successful?\nWe're looking for someone who brings more than technical knowledge to the table.\nThe ideal candidate is:\nA strategic thinker who is also hands-on.
