Job Summary\nThe Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness throughout the company’s offices, showroom, washrooms, and other assigned areas to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable working environment for employees, customers, and visitors.\n2. Key Responsibilities\nClean and maintain office rooms, the showroom, corridors, and other assigned areas daily.\n\nSweep, mop, and vacuum floors as required.\n\nClean desks, chairs, windows, doors, shelves, and other office furniture.\n\nClean and disinfect toilets, washrooms, and handwashing areas.\n\nEmpty waste bins regularly and dispose of garbage properly.\n\nMaintain the cleanliness of the reception area and customer waiting areas.\n\nClean glass surfaces, mirrors, and display areas carefully.\n\nPrepare and serve coffee, tea, and drinking water to employees and visitors when required.\n\nMonitor cleaning materials and supplies and report when replenishment is needed.\n\n3. Required Qualifications\nCompletion of basic education is preferred.\n\nPrevious experience as a cleaner or office attendant is an advantage.\n\nAbility to read and understand basic instructions.\n\nKnowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.\n\n4. Required Skills and Competencies\nHonesty and trustworthiness.\n\nGood personal hygiene and neat appearance.\n\nPunctuality and reliability.\n\nAttention to detail.\n\nAbility to follow instructions and work independently.\n\nGood communication and respectful behavior.\n\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and respect company property.\n\n5. Working Conditions\nFull-time work at the company office and showroom.\n\nMust maintain cleanliness throughout working hours.\n\nMust handle cleaning materials and equipment safely.\n\nMust follow the company’s working schedule and internal regulations.\n\n6.
