Job Summary\nThe Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and inspecting aluminum installation and building finishing works to ensure that all activities are completed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.\n2. Key Responsibilities\nAluminum Works\nSupervise the installation of aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, shopfronts, and other aluminum systems.\n\nTake and verify site measurements before fabrication and installation.\n\nReview architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.\n\nCoordinate aluminum fabrication, material delivery, and installation activities.\n\nEnsure the correct use of aluminum profiles, glass, accessories, sealants, and fixing materials.\n\nInspect installed works for alignment, level, dimensions, finishing, and proper operation.\n\nIdentify and resolve site installation problems and technical issues.\n\nSite Management and Reporting\nPrepare daily and weekly site progress reports.\n\nPlan manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules.\n\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel.\n\nMeasure completed works and prepare quantity take-offs and progress measurements.\n\nAssist in preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), material requests, and work estimates.\n\nMonitor project progress and report delays, variations, and technical challenges to management.\n\nQuality Control and Safety\nEnsure compliance with project quality standards and approved specifications.\n\nConduct regular site inspections and verify the quality of materials and workmanship.\n\nEnsure proper handling and installation of glass, aluminum profiles, and finishing materials.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.\n\n3. Required Qualifications\nBSc Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or a related field.\n\nRelevant experience in aluminum works, building finishing, or general construction site supervision.\n\nAbility to read and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings.\n\nKnowledge of aluminum fabrication and installation methods.\n\nExperience in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and site reporting is an advantage.\n\nComputer skills, including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.\n\nStrong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.\n\n4. Required Experience\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.\n\nPractical experience in aluminum installation and finishing works is highly desirable.\n\n5.
