Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting activities through Power Query, Power BI, Excel automation, or other digital tools.\nIMPO\nSupport routine accounting and controlling activities that are crucial for the financial operations of a Principal Company in the Global J&J landscape\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives by helping to map processes, identify opportunities, and track project progress.\nSupport data analysis, reporting, and forecasting activities by maintaining datasets, validating information, and generating insights to support operational and financial decision-making.\nTreasury\nContribute to strategic projects such as analyzing regional trading landscapes, enhancing our financial systems, transition to a new Treasury Management System, supporting bank relationship management.\nIMSC\nOptimizing SAP downloads in excel to prepare for budget reviews with business partners\nPrepare budget vs. actuals reports\nSupport in process improvements, with focus on automation / digitalization\n\nSuccessful candidates will need:\nMasters/Bachelor education in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Commercial Engineering (should not be completed yet but preferably last year Master students)\nTechnical aptitude, strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.\nFluency in English.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nFamiliarity with Copilot, PowerBI, Chat GPT, and other digital tools is a plus\nWe look forward to receiving your application!
