This internship will contribute to manufacturing performance, process improvement, equipment support, documentation, and implementation of site priorities.\nYou will be responsible for:\nProcess Mapping and Improvement: Assist with process performance, identifying issues, and helping coordinate follow-up actions. Collect, organize, analyze, and communicate operational data using Microsoft Excel and other available systems.\nTechnology Integration: Support the exploration / implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance data collaboration and visualization within Operations. Assist with continuous improvement activities focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, equipment reliability, and productivity.\nDocument Best Practices: Create or update work instructions, standard work, reports, presentations, and other manufacturing documentation.\nAdditional Projects: Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and shop-floor activities; communicate status, risks, and results clearly.
