Johnson & Johnson Vision is looking for a Technical Product Owner Product Portfolio in Moscow

Technical Product Owner responsible for end-to-end ownership of CRM, BI, and digital business products - from shaping business demand to ensuring high-quality, scalable, and compliant delivery.

Core Scope:

• Own product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → go-live → support
• Lead roadmap, prioritization, and KPI definition
• Ensure technical quality, integrations, and architectural alignment
• Manage vendors and cross-functional teams
• Drive compliance, data security, and governance

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Automated Systems, or related fields 5+ years of experience in digital product management or product analytics Experience in defining technical requirements for solution development, including but not limited to:
• • • CRM product development (Customer Relationship Management systems)
    • Hands-on experience with DWH and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, ClickHouse, Trino)
    • Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Experience in establishing effective processes and communication with business stakeholders and external vendors
• Proven collaboration with business teams and third-party vendors
• Experience in pharma or medical industry (3+ years) is a plus
• Understanding of software development processes, CI/CD, and version control systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including negotiation
• English level: Upper Intermediate or higher
• Project management skills
• Understanding of AI technologies and ability to apply AI tools in product management and process optimization
• High level of adaptability, proactivity, teamwork, and ability to lead technical initiatives
