The Assistant Teacher will support Tawjihi students throughout their learning journey by providing academic assistance, answering questions, reinforcing key mathematical concepts, and helping students overcome learning challenges.\nThe role involves working closely with teachers and academic teams to ensure students receive an engaging, supportive, and high-quality learning experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist Mathematics teachers in supporting Tawjihi students throughout their learning journey.\nProvide clear explanations and guidance on mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques.\nAnswer students’ academic questions and provide timely support.\nHelp students understand and practice Tawjihi Mathematics topics and exam-style questions.\nIdentify common areas of difficulty and provide additional explanations and practice when needed.\nSupport students through interactive sessions, discussions, and academic follow-ups.\nCollaborate with teachers and the academic team to ensure consistency in content and student support.\nEncourage students to stay engaged, motivated, and confident in their learning.\nProvide feedback on students’ understanding and progress when required.\nStay up to date with the Tawjihi Mathematics curriculum and examination requirements.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of the Tawjihi Mathematics curriculum.\nPrevious experience in teaching, tutoring, or academic support is preferred.\nStrong mathematical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple and engaging way.\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with Tawjihi students.\nAbility to work effectively in a digital learning environment.\nProficiency in Arabic; good command of English is a plus.\nAvailability to work on a part-time basis.\nRecruitment Statement\nOnly qualified and shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
