This role reports to the Production Manager and works closely with content producers, educators, and creative teams to produce high-quality educational video content that enhances the learning experience for students across our platform.\nThe ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about video editing, with good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. The candidate should be eager to learn, develop their technical skills, and contribute to producing engaging and well-structured educational content.\nKey Responsibilities\nEdit recorded educational lessons and long-form academic content.\nStructure and refine lesson videos to improve clarity, pacing, and engagement.\nApply video editing techniques, including transitions, basic motion graphics, overlays, and visual effects when needed.\nPerform basic color correction to maintain visual consistency.\nAdjust and enhance audio quality to ensure clear educational delivery.\nAdd titles, graphics, lower thirds, and branding elements according to company guidelines.\nReview raw footage and identify the best takes and visual flow for lessons.\nManage assigned editing projects while meeting deadlines.\nOptimize videos for different digital platforms and learning management systems.\nMaintain organized project files and follow production workflows.\nBe flexible and available to work in shifts as required.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Multimedia, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in video editing; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.\nGood working knowledge of Adobe Premiere.\nGood working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.\nBasic understanding of motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.\nGood understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.\nBasic knowledge of audio editing and color correction.\nStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn.\nAbility to manage tasks and meet deadlines.\nProficiency in Arabic and English is required.\nFlexibility and availability to work in shifts.\nRecruitment Statement\nOnly qualified and shortlisted candidates will be contacted.\nAt Jo Academy, we are committed to equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion.
