Job Intro Power Platform Analyst/ Developer - Midrand, GP Gauteng Role Purpose To take work that currently runs on paper, in spreadsheets or outside the core systems, and replace it with well-built Microsoft Power Platform solutions that people actually use. The role owns a low-code solution from end to end: understanding what the business needs, writing a specification the business can sign off, and then building, testing and supporting the solution within the define guardrails. Organisational Positioning Direct Reports: None Key Interfaces: Functional Analysts; business users and process owners across branches and shared services; Business Systems Support; BI & IT Business Analyst; Change & Training Lead; external managed Power Platform development partner. Key Responsibilities (Limit to 6) 1. Requirements analysis: work with business users and process owners to understand how the work is done today and what problem needs solving, and challenge the requirement where a simpler process or standard D365 feature would solve it without building anything. 2.
