In this role, you will serve as a trusted first point of contact for prospective and current clients, ensuring no opportunity is missed during evenings and weekends.\nYour daily work will center on answering calls, conducting intakes, scheduling consultations, and following up with leads in a professional and empathetic manner. This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.\nIf you enjoy helping people during critical moments and take pride in clear communication and follow-through, this role offers both impact and purpose.\nCompensation Range: 1,142 USD to 1,220 USD Monthly\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nCoordinate lead handoff and provide updates to the daytime intake team\nPrepare and submit end-of-day reports detailing activity, outcomes, and pending follow-ups\nAnswer inbound calls from prospective and current clients during after-hours coverage\nSchedule consultations with attorneys\nGuide potential clients through the consultation and hiring process\nPerform outbound follow-up calls to leads and missed inquiries\nConduct initial intake calls and gather relevant case information accurately\nFollow up with warm leads and callbacks\nAssist current clients with basic updates, scheduling, and routing needs\nProcess payments over the phone while handling sensitive data securely\nEnter and update lead and client information in the CRM or case management system\nRequirements:\nStrong verbal and written communication\nSales Background • Client service-focused mindset • Strong organizational and follow-up skills • Time management and reliability • Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information • Ability to work independently after hours\n• Wednesday - Friday 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM - EST Saturday - Sunday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM - EST\nWork Shift:\nLanguages:\nEnglish, SpanishReady to dive in?
