In this position, you will manage communications, support the intake process, and help ensure new cases are handled efficiently from the start. Your work will contribute directly to a seamless client experience by coordinating information, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining accurate documentation.\nThe ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
