Deine Hauptaufgaben

Sicherstellen der gesamten Personaladministration von Ein- bis Austritt
Beratung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in sämtlichen HR-Themen, insbesondere bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Unterstützung der Linie bei der Personalrekrutierung
Stammdatenpflege und monatliche Lohnverarbeitung in ABACUS
Betreuung des Zeiterfassungssystems
Administrative Überwachung der Lehrlingsbetreuung
Gestaltung des monatlichen HR-Newsletters und Bewirtschaftung des Intranets
Unterstützung des Head of HR bei operativen HR Tätigkeiten sowie internationalen Projekten
Organisation und Durchführung von Mitarbeiteranlässen

Dein Profil

Berufliche Grundbildung sowie Weiterbildung zum/r Personalsachbearbeiter/in oder Personalfachfrau/mann
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
Selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstarke, proaktive Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative
Loyal und diskret
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
Muttersprache Deutsch; Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
