and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for day-to-day communication, project updates and deliverables.\nTranslate client requirements into clear, actionable and proactively resolve challenges.\nReview creative and digital deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy and alignment with client briefs.\nManage client expectations, communicate project updates and coordinate feedback and revisions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client satisfaction and grow existing accounts.\nWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects run efficiently and clients receive excellent service.\nRequirements:\nRelevant Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years' experience in account management, project coordination or a similar client-facing role, ideally within a marketing or digital agency.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nStrong organisational and time-management abilities, with the confidence to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nAbility to develop clear briefs, coordinate teams and maintain high standards of work.\nProactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.\nCommercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to add value to client accounts.\nFamiliarity with digital marketing
