Job Description

• Assist in preparing and process the monthly staff payroll accurately.
• Resolve internal and external accounts queries quickly.
• Perform general administrative duties for the main office.
• Capture financial data neatly into the accounting system.
• Manage petty cash and track office expenses daily.
• Follow up on outstanding customer queries & payments with care.

What You Need to Apply

• Proven experience working in payroll and accounts administration.
• Experiece in popular accounting software like Pastel, Sage or Xero.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry.
