resolution, debugging and performance optimisation.\nProduce technical documentation and implementation guides.\nFollow established engineering standards and software development practices.\nParticipate in peer reviews and code reviews.\nEnsure AI solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and aligned with architecture principles.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of AI development practices.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers and product owners.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and delivery activities.\nShare knowledge, demonstrate completed solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.\nContribute to reusable AI assets and accelerators that improve delivery efficiency.\nSupport the adoption of Microsoft AI technologies and contribute to the team's technical capabilities.\nWhat we are looking for:Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field.\n2-5 years of software development experience.\nProven experience delivering solutions within an enterprise environment.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft AI technologies.\nPractical experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI.\nUnderstanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).\nExperience building, configuring and deploying AI agents.\nExperience building and deploying AI or automation use cases.\nAPI integration experience and an understanding of authentication and security principles.\nExperience testing, debugging and troubleshooting software solutions.\nUnderstanding of secure, scalable and maintainable software development practices.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to produce clear technical documentation.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile delivery environment.\nCommitment to continuous learning, innovation and engineering best practices.\nAdvantageous Skills and Experience:Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.\nExperience with Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.\nExperience with Microsoft Graph and custom connectors.\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric.\nKnowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.\nExperience with Python, JavaScript, C#, Java or a related development language.\nPreferred Certifications:Microsoft Applied Skills: Build AI Apps with Azure AI Foundry.\nMicrosoft Copilot Studio certification.\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.\nMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals.\nMicrosoft Power Platform Fundamentals.\nPlease note that if you do
