AI Engineer

You will work closely with product, engineering, data, and operational teams to transform experimental AI concepts into production-ready solutions. From intelligent automation and document processing to retrieval-augmented applications and large language model integrations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain production-ready AI and machine learning applications
• Develop intelligent automation solutions using LLMs, NLP, document intelligence, and AI technologies
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes
• Build modular and reusable Python-based services, APIs, and workflows
• Develop document processing and information extraction solutions using OCR and AI technologies
• Design retrieval-augmented applications, search capabilities, and knowledge management solutions
• Implement monitoring, logging, validation, testing, and observability practices
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems, databases, and operational processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Create technical documentation, standards, and reusable frameworks to support scalability and maintainability

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience:
• Strong professional software engineering experience using Python
• Experience building production-grade AI, ML, or intelligent automation solutions
• Experience deploying AI capabilities through applications, APIs, workflows, or operational systems
• Experience working with databases, APIs, and semi-structured data
• Technical Skills:
• Python development
• SQL and database technologies
• REST API development and integration
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Document Intelligence and OCR
• AI application development and automation
• Testing, logging, observability, and CI/CD practices
• Git version control
• Advantageous:
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Embeddings and Vector Databases
• LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Snowflake, Snowpark, dbt, or similar modern data platforms
• Docker and cloud-based deployments
• Financial services or regulated industry experience
• Additional Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong ownership mindset and delivery focus
• Ability to balance innovation, commercial value, and responsible AI practices
