You will work closely with our clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and help design and implement technology-driven solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to apply their analytical skills and technology knowledge in a consulting environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBusiness Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, workflows, and pain points. Document and analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.\nRequirements Gathering & Documentation: Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, gather functional requirements, and translate them into clear and actionable technical specifications.\nSolution Design & Implementation Support: Work alongside development teams to ensure solutions align with business needs. Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and software.\nData Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business data to derive actionable insights. Create reports and dashboards to present findings using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\nProject Coordination: Provide support for project management activities, ensuring the timely delivery of client solutions. Assist with resource planning, task tracking, and ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.\nStakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables. Provide training and support during and after the implementation phase.\nSkills & Qualifications:\nEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.\nExperience: 2+ years in business analysis or IT consulting, with exposure to both business process analysis and technology implementation.\nTechnical Proficiency:\nProficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.\nFamiliarity with Java, C#, or other programming languages.\nExperience with ERP systems (such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.\nWorking knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure) is beneficial.\nExperience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis tools.\nAgile Experience: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.\nCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
