technical and executive-level explanations, including practical action options and clearly identified decision owners\nDefine credible KPIs, baselines and value hypotheses that are aligned with genuine service or business objectives\nProvide transparent comparisons between expected and measured value, with appropriate attribution and validation\nEnsure reliable delivery, disciplined scope management, visible dependencies and effective handover\nDevelop reusable methods, templates and knowledge assets that can be safely and consistently applied by other team members\nWe are looking for
