You will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential and/or commercial property transactions, ensuring legal compliance and providing expert guidance to clients. This role requires strong legal knowledge, excellent client service skills, and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities:\n· Managing and overseeing residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.\n· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, transfer deeds, leases, and mortgage documentation.\n· Conducting due diligence, including reviewing title documents, property searches, and managing any arising legal issues.\n· Advising clients on all legal aspects of property transactions, including ownership structures, financing, and potential risks.\n· Liaising with clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, local authorities, and other solicitors.\n· Ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Land Registry procedures.\n· Handling post-completion matters such as SDLT submissions, registration of property, and ensuring all documents are filed correctly.\n· Supervising junior staff, paralegals, or legal assistants, as required.\n· Keeping up to date with developments in property law and regulatory changes affecting conveyancing.\nQualifications & Skills:\n· Qualified attorney with a valid practicing certificate.\n· Proven experience in handling residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters independently.\n· Strong knowledge of property law, contracts, and conveyancing procedures.\n· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\n· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.\n· Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.\n· Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.\n· Significant experience in conveyancing, preferably within a law firm or real estate legal
