improvement initiatives.\nProvide technical support and guidance to relevant stakeholders.\nMonitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree, BTech, or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience in automation engineering, industrial automation, or a similar technical role.\nPractical experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.\nKnowledge of HMI and SCADA systems.\nExperience with industrial control systems, instrumentation, and automation technologies.\nUnderstanding of electrical schematics, control panel designs, and technical drawings.\nKnowledge of industrial communication protocols and system integration.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.\nExcellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.\nMandatory\nMust have project/design and commissioning experience.\nMaintenance-only candidates will not be suitable.\nMust be able to develop PLC programs from a Functional Specification.\nMust be able to read and work from P&IDs.\nMust have HMI graphics/development experience.\nStrong PLC programming experience.\nMust have panel/MCC and plant commissioning exposure.\nSchneider experience is relevant to their environment.\nAutoCAD/E-design would be advantageous.\nMust be capable of developing the program/solution from the beginning, putting
