The business already has technical architecture capability in place. The focus of this role is on transforming operational, customer, betting, gaming, financial, and marketing data into meaningful commercial insights that support faster, smarter business decision-making.\nThe successful candidate must be able to operate both strategically and operationally - engaging with leadership on business performance while also remaining close enough to the data, reporting environment, dashboards, and analytics outputs to ensure accuracy, usability, and commercial value.\nThis role is ideally suited to someone from an iGaming, sportsbook, online betting, fintech, payments, digital product, telecoms, or other high-volume transactional environments where real-time reporting, operational analytics, and customer behaviour insights are business critical.\nKey Focus Areas\nBusiness Intelligence & Reporting\nOwn and drive the BI and analytics capability across the business\nLead the development of operational, commercial, customer, financial, and executive dashboards\nEnsure accurate, trusted, and actionable reporting across all departments\nDeliver meaningful MI (Management Information) that supports strategic and operational decision-making\nImprove visibility of business performance through self-service reporting and analytics\nStandardise KPIs, reporting definitions, and dashboard structures across the organisation\nCommercial & Operational Analytics\nDrive analytics and reporting across areas including:\nSportsbook and casino performance\nCustomer acquisition, retention, churn, and player behaviour\nCRM and campaign performance analytics\nRevenue, GGR, NGR, bonus spend, and promotional effectiveness\nDeposits, withdrawals, settlements, and payment trends\nOperational and contact centre performance\nWorkforce and productivity reporting\nRisk, fraud, AML, and responsible gambling indicators\nThe role requires someone who can identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies through data analysis and translate these into commercially valuable insights.\nDashboarding, Visualisation & Data Storytelling\nDesign and oversee intuitive, executive-level dashboards and reporting environments\nEnsure reporting is visually clear, commercially relevant, and user-friendly\nTranslate complex datasets into simplified business insights for non-technical stakeholders\nDrive dashboard adoption across leadership and operational teams\nEnsure near real-time visibility where operationally required\nData Integrity & Reporting Accuracy\nEnsure consistency and integrity of reporting across betting, operational, finance, and CRM environments\nWork closely with Finance and Operations to reconcile and validate key business metrics\nImprove data quality, reporting reliability, and reporting governance\nSupport audit and compliance reporting requirements where needed\nIdentify reporting gaps and continuously improve analytics capability\nStakeholder Engagement\nPartner closely with:\nExecutive leadership\nOperations\nFinance\nMarketing & CRM\nCustomer Support\nCompliance & Risk\nTechnology teams\nThe successful candidate must be commercially confident, highly collaborative, and capable of influencing business decisions through data-driven insights.\nTechnical Environment\nStrong experience in several of the following is highly preferred:\nPower BI\nSQL\nExcel / Advanced Excel\nData visualisation and dashboarding tools\nData warehousing / reporting environments\nCRM and campaign analytics\nOperational reporting environments\nHigh-volume transactional databases\nNear real-time reporting\nData modelling and KPI frameworks\nExposure to cloud analytics environments, customer data platforms, and iGaming reporting ecosystems would be advantageous.\nRequired Experience\nEssential\n6+ years’ experience in BI, data analytics, reporting, or commercial insights roles\n3+ years in a senior BI or analytics management role\nExperience within high-volume transactional environments\nStrong hands-on dashboarding and reporting capability\nStrong commercial analytics and business performance reporting experience\nAdvanced SQL and BI reporting exposure\nExperience working with operational, financial, customer, or digital performance data\nHighly Advantageous\niGaming, sportsbook, online betting, fintech, telecoms, or payments industry experience\nExperience analysing customer/player behaviour and transactional data\nExposure to fraud, AML, responsible gambling, or risk analytics\nExperience
