This role involves maintaining digital models, drawings, and asset data that describe the property portfolio, administering the Autodesk platform and common data environment, and applying modelling and information standards to work produced internally and by appointed external consultants. This is a technical and information management position and carries no architectural design authority or statutory design responsibility.\nKey Performance Areas\nAutodesk platform and licence administration\nAdminister licence assignments, user provisioning, and Autodesk Forma platform setup.\n\nMaintain licence registers and reconcile usage.\n\nModel and drawing coordination\nUpdate and maintain Revit models and drawings.\n\nFederate discipline models, run clash detection, and issue coordination reports.\n\nVerify model data against as-built site conditions.\n\nMaintain revision control and drawing registers.\n\nAsset and space data\nMaintain models as the source of record for floor areas, room schedules, and space allocation.\n\nProduce schedules supporting capital planning, insurance valuation, and lease calculations.\n\nProgressively integrate the existing portfolio into the model.\n\nBIM standards, user support and training\nOwn and maintain BIM Execution Plan, standards, templates, and libraries.\n\nAudit consultant models and drawings against standards.\n\nProvide first-line support and training to internal users and consultants.\n\nSupport project managers with data, reports, and model extracts.\n\nQualifications, Experience and Skills\nQualifications\nNational Diploma/Advanced Certificate (NQF 6) in architectural technology, construction, drafting, built environment, or IT;
