Business Development Representative (South Africa)

• Researching and prospecting target accounts through LinkedIn, email and cold calling
• Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the sales team, with sharp handover notes
• Supporting event-led campaigns - including attending industry events, working the stand, and having confident, professional face-to-face conversations
• Managing your own pipeline and activity with discipline and urgency

• Tech-savvy, comfortable with spreadsheets, data, and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Degree-educated, with strong written and verbal English
• 1-3 years' experience in B2B sales ideal, customer-facing, recruitment, retail, hospitality or commercial roles
• Curious about business, tech and how companies solve real operational problems
• Consultative, not pushy - someone who asks great questions and actually listens
