The Role

  • Develop and maintain engaging, impactful Power BI dashboards and reports.

  • Optimise and support the organisation's Karbon practice management environment.

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

  • Enhance integration and communication between critical business systems.

  • Create practical and user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Support system enhancement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Deliver training and support to ensure the successful adoption of new tools and processes.

  • Translate business requirements into effective, data-driven solutions.

About You

  • 3-7 years' experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Systems Analysis, Process Improvement, or a similar role.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong experience with Power BI and data modelling.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage non-technical users.

Advantageous Experience

  • Karbon practice management software.

  • Xero or Xero Practice Manager (XPM).

  • Microsoft Power Automate.

  • SQL and database querying.

  • Professional services, accounting, audit, tax, or consulting experience.

Qualifications

  • BCom Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or related qualification.

  • PL-300, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications.

Remuneration

  • R360,000 to R600,000 per annum depending on experience.
