team.\nCampaign Execution:\n· Oversee the execution of outbound sales campaigns, ensuring adherence to scripts and compliance standards.\n· Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.\n· Implement strategies to increase sales conversion rates and achieve revenue targets.\nReporting and Analysis:\n· Generate and analyse campaign reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and recommend improvements.\n· Provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance and actionable insights.\nCompliance and Quality Assurance:\n· Ensure that all campaign activities comply with industry regulations and client-specific requirements.\n· Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to uphold service quality.\nQualifications and Requirements:\n· 5+ years of experience as a Campaign Manager in an outbound telco sales environment within the BPO industry.\n· Strong leadership and team
