Client Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries
• Review monthly and annual financial reporting deliverables
• Provide technical accounting and advisory support
• Oversee financial statement preparation and compliance requirements
• Assist clients with financial and business-related decision-making
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
• Mentor and support junior accounting professionals
• Gain exposure to various aspects of accounting and financial management

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Qualified CA(SA) essential
• Completed SAICA articles
• Newly qualified CA(SA) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Experience reviewing financial statements and reporting packs
• Client-facing experience advantageous
• Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
