You will work across a range of media including print, digital, and multimedia, collaborating closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.\nYou’ll manage the entire design process, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs that align with our brand and project objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop original designs, concepts, and layouts that demonstrate strong visual and aesthetic principles.\n\nAssist in creating artwork for campaigns - including landing pages, emails, banners, social media posts, website assets, and other deliverables.\n\nEstimate project timelines and ensure work is completed efficiently.\n\nThink creatively to generate new ideas and innovative design solutions.\n\nSource and curate imagery for campaigns and maintain the company’s image library.\n\nApply and maintain brand corporate identity (CI) guidelines consistently across all materials.\n\nTranslate visual styles effectively across various mediums to create cohesive campaigns.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver impactful designs.\n\nDevelop conceptual sketches and storyboards to communicate creative ideas.\n\nProduce engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand standards.\n\nStay up to date with design trends, techniques, and best practices.\n\nPrepare layouts and artwork for print production, ensuring quality and accuracy.\n\nEdit and retouch photos for print and digital use.\n\nQualifications, Skills, and Experience\nRelevant qualification in Graphic Design or Visual Communication from a recognised design institution.\n\nMinimum five years’ experience in an agency or similar creative environment.\n\nExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).\n\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nA strong portfolio showcasing design style, conceptual ability, and creative range.\n\nDeep understanding of the design process, layout, typography, and colour theory.\n\nAbility to design for web and social media platforms (both static and dynamic formats).\n\nExperience creating emailers and marketing collateral.\n\nStrong knowledge of print processes and production requirements.\n\nBehavioural Competencies\nCollaborative team player with excellent communication skills.\n\nSolutions-oriented and adaptable under pressure.\n\nCreative thinker who thrives within tight budgets and timelines.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to translate briefs into compelling design concepts.\n\nProactive and innovative, with “out-of-the-box” thinking.\n\nAdditional Information\nFrom time to time, you may be required to perform duties incidental to this position.\n\nOvertime work may be necessary to meet project deadlines, and flexibility will be essential.\n\nThe role may require extensive travel, for which compensation will be provided on a per-kilometre or subsistence-and-travel (S&T) basis as applicable.\n\nJoin Raizcorp and be part of a team that values creativity, innovation, and excellence in design.
