complexity.\n\nCoordination & Problem-Solving:\n\nLiaise with suppliers, guides and transport providers to resolve issues during travel.\nAssist with timing changes, confirmations and minor itinerary logistics.\nRespond quickly to missed transfers, supplier delays and service concerns.\nObtain the necessary approval before incurring additional costs and confirm payment responsibility.\n\nEscalation & Reporting:\n\nEscalate matters outside the role’s scope to Reservations or Management with clear, accurate information.\nTrack interaction volumes, response times against service standards and the nature of client requests.\nIdentify recurring issues and opportunities for operational improvement.\nAssist with post-trip feedback collection where required.\n\nRequirements:\nGrade 12\nA formal travel & tourism qualification\nAt least 2+ years in a travel support position\nExcellent written communication and interpersonal skills.\nA professional, calm and solution-focused approach to client support.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to coordinate with suppliers, guides and transport providers.\nGood judgement when resolving issues and escalating concerns.\nConfidence using WhatsApp and maintaining accurate communication records.\nAbility to tailor recommendations to different traveller profiles and service expectations.\nCommercial awareness and respect for approval procedures and cost controls.\nA proactive approach to improving the traveller
