This role is suited to an individual with site experience who is ready to progress into contracts management.\nThe successful candidate will initially be predominantly site-based, overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating resources, monitoring costs and progress, and ensuring compliance with contractual, quality and health and safety requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan and coordinate site activities, resources, materials, equipment and labour.\n\nInterpret project scopes, contractual obligations and site-specific requirements.\n\nPrepare and maintain site programmes using MS Project.\n\nMonitor project progress, resource utilisation, costs and site performance.\n\nProvide weekly progress and cost reports to the Contracts Manager.\n\nRecord additional work, variations and non-budgeted costs, ensuring proper documentation.\n\nAssist with cash flow inputs and payment certificates for review and approval.\n\nLiaise with clients, attend site meetings and maintain professional working relationships.\n\nMaintain project files, contractual documentation and reporting systems.\n\nEnsure compliance with health and safety legislation, site inductions and medical requirements.\n\nMonitor adherence to quality plans, contract specifications and company standards.\n\nEnsure site teams comply with company policies and procedures.\n\nMinimum Requirements\nNational Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related qualification.\n\nApproximately 3-5 years’ experience as a Site Agent, with readiness to progress into contracts management;
