The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of property transactions including bonds and transfers. The conveyancer must be good with people and able to interact confidently with all role players in the property industry.\nResponsibilities:\nConducting title searches and reviewing property documents to verify ownership and identify any encumbrances or legal issues.\nDrafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents related to property transactions.\nFacilitating communication and negotiations between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders.\nCoordinating with mortgage lenders to arrange financing and ensure all necessary documentation is in order.\nManaging the exchange of contracts and completion of property transactions, including the transfer of funds and registration of title deeds.\nProviding legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to property law, including rights and obligations.\nResolving any legal issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process.\nKeeping abreast of changes in property law and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.\nQualifications and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Law\nAdmitted as a Conveyancer\nMinimum of 5 years experience as a conveyancer\nGood marketing and social skills\nIn-depth knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and real estate transactions.\nStrong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to review complex legal documents.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.\nProficiency in legal research and document drafting.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.\nShould you wish to apply please email your CV to \nOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
