You will combine your technical conveyancing and leadership skills to deliver a high-quality client experience, whilst managing our legal risk and delivering exceptional value to their clients.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaximise conveyancing fees for our client.\nOversee your team’s caseload whilst managing your own.\nLead, coach and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional client experience.\nEnsure compliance with our client’s risk policies, flag and escalate risks promptly.\nProactively communicate with key stakeholders.\nDeliver data-driven insights to our client that drive continuous improvement.\nKeep abreast of legal and technical developments in the UK conveyancing space.\nQualifications:\nBachelor of Laws (LLB)\nAdmitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa\nQualified Conveyancer\nRequirements:\nMinimum three (3) years’ residential conveyancing experience.\nConveyancing experience in English law \nWork UK hours and take UK Bank holidays.\nAbility to work from home if required (min 20 meg fibre line).\nValid driver’s license.\nOwn transport.\nSkills\nDetailed knowledge of residential conveyancing in South Africa and/or the United Kingdom.
