Competencies:\nMicrosoft Dynamics package (advantage)\nSage300/ Accpac (advantage)\nMS Office\nIntermediary to Advanced Excel\nStrong Reconciliation skills\nAccounts Receivables Reporting and Analysis skills\nCredit Management policies and procedures knowledge\nFamiliarity with automation tools (advantage)\nGood understanding of the order to cash process\nKey Responsibilities and Duties\nEnsure policies and procedures are always adhered to\nPerform credit checks on new and existing customers\nCreation of customer accounts as per agreed SLA\nEfficient and timeous collection of payments within target and performance driven KPI’s\nFollow up on overdue accounts\nCapturing of customer payments to the correct account\nApply customer payments according to customer remittances\nDistribute customer statements and invoices\nMeet with customers and arrange payment plan\nSend demand letters to overdue customers\nPlace overdue accounts on hold.\nHandover bad debts.\nResolving customer queries and ensure all tickets are closed once resolved on ZOHO desk\nCommunicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer queries\nReconciliation of debtor’s accounts\nSubmit debit order run\nAttend to unpaid debit orders\nMonth end age analysis report with commentary\nPrepare weekly subsequent payment report\nSubmit weekly age analysis report for overdue accounts\nPresent risk customers to the risk committee bi-weekly\nProcess refunds and adjustment journals\nEnsure customer master data is up to date and accurate\nAttend to audit samples during external and internal audit\n
