Responsibilities\nProcess and verify supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring all supporting documentation and approvals are in place.\nCapture supplier transactions on the accounting system and reconcile supplier statements.\nInvestigate discrepancies, resolve supplier queries and follow up on outstanding accounts.\nPrepare payment documentation and monitor payment due dates.\nObtain and compare supplier quotations and assist with purchasing requests and purchase orders.\nTrack orders and deliveries and verify invoices against quotations, purchase orders and delivery documentation.\nMaintain accurate financial and procurement records.\nAssist with reconciliations, month-end activities and audit requirements.\nEnsure compliance with internal procedures and financial controls.\nMinimum Requirements\nA diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping or Financial Management.\nA minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in creditors, accounts payable, finance administration or bookkeeping\nExperience in supplier reconciliations, invoice processing and payment documentation.\nExposure to purchasing or procurement administration.\nGood Microsoft Excel skills.\nExperience with Sage Accounting will be advantageous.\nAvailable to start
