packing lists, and shipping statements to ensure compliance with SARS and foreign trade regulations.\nCalculate duties, VAT, and other border taxes based on tariff headings, customs value, and applicable schedules.\nPrepare Vouchers of Correction (SAD-504) for amendments to tariff, customs value, origin, quantity, or shipment details.\nEnsure VoCs are processed via SARS EDI, in line with requirements that prohibit manual submissions for refund-related amendments.\nAssist with preparing DA66 refund/drawback applications (eFiling ARD system), ensuring required documents (import/export CCDs, proof of payment/export, schedules) are complete before submission.\nLiaise with customers to obtain missing evidence and follow up on SARS requests or queries until finalization.\nFlag any irregularities or potential compliance issues to the Senior Agent or Supervisor immediately.\nProvide timely updates to internal teams, and customers regarding entry progress, queries, and release
