The successful candidates will be responsible for analysing, documenting, and managing complex business and data requirements while supporting enterprise data initiatives. They will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, and delivery teams to ensure data requirements are accurately translated into solutions that support business objectives.\nThe role requires strong data analysis, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement capabilities within an Agile delivery environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nElicit, analyse, document, and manage business and data requirements.\nConduct feature analysis and develop detailed user stories.\nDefine acceptance criteria and support backlog refinement activities.\nFacilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.\nPerform process analysis and identify optimisation opportunities.\nConduct data analysis, data profiling, and data mapping activities.\nDevelop and validate target-state data models.\nSupport data governance, data lineage, and metadata management initiatives.\nIdentify and assess data quality issues and recommend remediation actions.\nCollaborate with architects and development teams on solution design.\nSupport testing activities and validate delivered solutions against requirements.\nManage cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams.\nSupport Agile delivery processes and programme milestones.\nRequirements\nMinimum Requirements\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.\nAWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (minimum requirement).\nAdditional Data, Agile, Business Analysis, or related certifications will be advantageous.\nExperience\nMinimum 8 years of professional experience.\nMinimum 5 years' experience within the Financial Services sector.\nMinimum 5 years' experience in Business Analysis and/or Feature Analysis.\nMinimum 5 years' experience in Data Analysis.\nExperience working within Agile delivery environments.\nExperience engaging and influencing senior business
