Delivers accurate, timely, and actionable reports, ensuring data integrity, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights for business decisions and performance.Key Responsibilities:\nReporting and Insights:\nGenerate detailed, actionable commission and revenue performance reports.\nMaintain and develop reporting dashboards for key metrics.\nCollaborate on regular operational and advisor revenue reports for business units and management (GMS and Advisor Support).\nData Management and Analysis:\nExtract, validate, and maintain accurate revenue, commission, and advisor/client data.\nEfficiently manage and process revenue information using the Commsplit system.\nLiaise with the Head of Division, Finance, and GMS to align reporting requirements with revenue processes.\nIdentify and resolve commission data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.\nSystem Utilization and Optimization:\nStreamline data management and reporting using the Commsplit system.\nIdentify and recommend solutions for system/process inefficiencies.\nAutomate reports.\nCollaboration and Support:\nAssist the Manager in achieving commission and reporting KPIs.\nLiaise with financial advisors, product providers, and internal teams on data queries.\nSupport Finance and GMS in preparing data for budgeting and strategic planning.\nContinuous Improvement:\nRegularly enhance data management processes for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities in data management and reporting.\nStay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.\nCollaborate to ensure reporting aligns with evolving business needs.\nMinimum Requirements:\nAdvantageous: Commission processing system knowledge.\nProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), advanced Excel (pivots, macros, VLOOKUP, concatenate, data cleanup).\nUnderstanding of financial product categories and commission payment transaction flow.\nExperience with data models and visualization reporting packages (e.g., Power BI).\nTechnical Expertise: Proficient in data management and reporting tools, especially Excel and preferably Power BI.\nAnalytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.\nAttention to Detail: Strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.\nCommunication: Effective written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.\nProblem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving data-related issues.\nOrganizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced
