Data Scientist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Data Scientist to join a dynamic team focused on developing intelligent systems that drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Data Science & Solution Delivery

• Solve complex and ambiguous data science challenges from concept through implementation.
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical and machine learning solutions.
• Translate loosely defined business problems into structured analytical approaches.
• Lead and own delivery of key project workstreams.
• Contribute to architecture, modelling, and solution design decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve models, processes, and delivery methodologies.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Data Scientists.
• Conduct code reviews and support best-practice development standards.
• Influence technical direction and solution approaches within project teams.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support client-facing engagements through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field (required).
• Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant discipline (advantageous).

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience solving complex analytical or machine learning problems.
• Experience contributing to solution design and technical decision-making.
• Previous mentoring or leadership exposure within technical teams advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Python programming skills.
• Strong understanding of:
