Commercial SupportSupport will include:\nImplement and support strengthening of commercial processes.\nImplement Client acquisition and retention strategies.\nReview of client service standards and report back to Executive head of commercial services\nAssistance with commercial proposals and tenders.\nDevelopment of service offerings and value propositions.\nReview of client contracts from a commercial and risk perspective.\nImplementation of key client-management strategies.\nC. Compliance & Regulatory SupportThe consultant will provide high-level compliance and regulatory guidance relevant to the company's operations, including:\nReview of existing compliance practices.\nIdentification of compliance gaps.\nReview of internal policies and procedures.\nCompliance reporting recommendations.\nAssistance with preparing for client compliance reviews and audits.\nD. Operational PerformanceConsulting support will focus on improving operational efficiency and collection performance through:\nReview of collection processes in relation to the client’s portfolio.\nIdentification of process bottlenecks.\nReview of productivity indicators.\nDevelopment and refinement of clients KPIs.\nRecommendations relating to call-centre and collections performance.\nOperational improvement initiatives.\nE. Management Reporting & Performance MonitoringThe consultant may assist management with the development and review of:\nCollection performance reports.\nClient performance reports.\nRevenue and productivity indicators.\nRisk and compliance reports.\nG. Policy & Procedure DevelopmentWhere required within the agreed monthly scope, the consultant may assist with drafting, reviewing or improving:\nPerformance-management frameworks.\nH. Tender & Business Development SupportThe consultant may provide strategic assistance with:\nTender-readiness assessments.\nTender strategy.\nReview of tender requirements.\n3. MONTHLY DELIVERABLESOne structured strategic review with management to assess:\nBusiness performance.\nCurrent challenges.\nStrategic priorities.\nCommercial opportunities.\nCompliance and risk matters.\nOperational concerns.\nRequired interventions.\nMonthly Action PlanA concise action plan identifying:\nPriority matters.\nRecommended actions.\nResponsible parties.\nTarget dates.\nKey risks or dependencies.\nMonthly ReportWhere appropriate, the consultant will provide a high-level report summarising:\nKey observations.\nProgress against priorities.\nRecommendations.\nOutstanding actions.\nStrategic opportunities.\n 4.
