implementing corrective\nactions.\nGenerate and present S&OP reports on forecast accuracy, demand trends, inventory performance, and scenario planning.\nProvide insights and recommendations to improve forecasting accuracy, supply chain resilience, and overall business\nperformance.\nManage the demand forecast in line with company sales and inventory budget.\nKey competencies\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain management or relevant degree.\nMinimal 6 years of experience in full Demand planning.\nStrong analytical skills, proficiency in forecasting tools, and effective communication with cross-functional teams are\nessential for success in this position.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, Customers, internal teams, and\nmanagement.\nExperience in optimizing inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess.\nKnowledge of statistical modelling and forecasting techniques.\nAbility to adapt to changing market conditions and proactively adjust plans.\n- Ability to work under pressure.\n- Advanced excel
