Join a technology-driven team where you'll play a key role in building, automating, and scaling modern cloud infrastructure. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned DevOps professional who enjoys working with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, and automation while driving reliability, security, and operational excellence across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and maintain Kubernetes environments across cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.
  • Automate, secure, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or Azure environments.
  • Manage containerized workloads and Helm deployments.
  • Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Support database infrastructure and performance optimization across various environments.
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD processes and software delivery.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and implement proactive solutions.
  • Ensure cloud security, governance, and operational best practices are maintained.
  • Drive automation initiatives that improve efficiency and business value.
  • Mentor and support junior DevOps engineers.
Experience and Skills Required
  • Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a similar role within complex product environments.
  • Strong Linux administration and engineering experience.
  • Proven experience provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience building, administering, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
  • Strong experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
  • Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with containerization technologies and Helm.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
  • Ability to read and understand application code, including Java or Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, governance, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Advantageous Experience
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent certification.
  • GitLab CI/CD.
  • Experience within fintech or other regulated environments.
  • Advanced database administration and performance tuning.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Apache Pinot, or Cassandra.
  • Change Data Capture (CDC) and data optimization strategies.
  • Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and related observability tools.
