engines (AEO/GEO) and answer platforms.\n\nTechnical Health: Monitor search engine health, crawlability, metadata, and site architecture, resolving technical issues promptly.\n\nEcosystem Strategy: Maintain and evolve the digital platform strategy across all consumer brands.\n\nPlatform Management: Oversee consumer brand websites and landing pages, ensuring speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and UI/UX standards.\n\nConversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Conduct A/B testing, map user journeys, and refine conversion paths to improve lead generation and engagement.\n\nDevelopment & Projects: Coordinate web projects, features, and continuous improvements alongside internal teams and external agency partners.\n\nAnalytics Architecture: Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.\n\nTracking & Governance: Enforce accurate UTM tagging, event tracking, custom dimensions, and attribution models.\n\nReporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain automated performance dashboards for marketing leadership and brand teams.\n\nActionable Insights: Translate digital data into strategic recommendations to optimize ongoing campaigns and consumer journeys.\n\nRegulatory Compliance: Ensure all web properties comply with privacy legislation (e.g., POPIA/GDPR), advertising codes, and healthcare/brand governance standards.\n\nMarTech Operations: Support integrations between CMS, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.\n\nQuality Assurance: Maintain site security, content currency, and domain integrity across all touchpoints.\n\nMinimum Requirements:Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.\n\nCertifications (Advantageous): Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or recognized SEO/Digital Marketing certifications.\n\n5+ years of dedicated experience in SEO, website management, and web analytics.\n\nHands-on proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing Content Management Systems (WordPress or equivalent).\n\nBackground in Consumer Health, Healthcare, or FMCG is
