Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage drivers, fleet and daily delivery planning.
  • Monitor driver performance, ETAs, routes and vehicle departures.
  • Ensure OTIF targets and service efficiency are maintained.
  • Manage PODs, picking slips, GRVs and delivery administration.
  • Oversee fleet tracking, inspections, servicing and yard control.
  • Handle delivery delays, incidents and exception reporting.
  • Monitor overtime and distribution costs against budget.
Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Tertiary qualification in Logistics.
  • Computer literacy (MS WORD, EXCEL, WINDOWS)
  • 3-4 years Logistics experience or in a similar field
  • 1-3 years Supervisory experience essential
  • Valid drivers license and own transport
