training to clients on server and storage systems.\nAct as a point of escalation for complex technical issues.\nVendor and Partner Collaboration\nEngage with vendor support teams for issue resolution and technical guidance.\nLeverage vendor tools and resources to optimize deployments and support.\nMaintain compliance with vendor certification and partnership requirements.\nDocumentation and Reporting\nMaintain detailed documentation of system configurations, deployments, and changes.\nPrepare reports on system performance, incidents, and project progress.\nProvide technical documentation and training materials for internal teams.\nCertifications and Compliance\nEnsure professional certifications for relevant server and storage technologies are up to date.\nAssist in achieving and maintaining vendor partnership certifications.\nMonitor industry trends to recommend new certifications or technologies beneficial to Diopoint.\nPerformance Optimization and Scalability\nAnalyze and optimize system performance to meet current and future demands.\nRecommend upgrades or changes to infrastructure to enhance scalability and efficiency.\nCollaboration and Team Support\nWork collaboratively with other engineers, project managers, and sales teams to deliver solutions.\nShare knowledge and expertise to develop team capabilities.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nRelevant certifications such as Dell EMC, HPE ASE/ATP, Huawei HCIA/HCIP, VMware, or equivalent.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience in server and storage implementation and support.\n\nProven expertise in server virtualization, Storage Area Networks (SAN), and backup solutions.\n\nHands-on experience with technologies from Dell, HPE, and Huawei.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of server and storage architectures and technologies.\n\nProficiency in virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical
