and Construction Regulations.\nMust have the Ability to read, understand and organize construction Plans and Specifications\nMinimum of 2 years' experience in taking quantities off drawings site measurement for certificate purposes.\nMust be able to order material required on site off the drawings.\nMust have a working knowledge of CCS estimating and planning modules\nMust have Advanced
